New Orleans Walk of Fame

TIPITINA'S Walk of Fame, located outside the legendary Tipitina's music venue (501 Napoleon Avenue) is a permanent tribute to some of New Orleans' finest musicians, producers, and cultural standard bearers. New inductees are added annually, during the Tipitina's Foundation's INSTRUMENTS A COMIN' community festival and benefit concert. While the Walk of Fame is visible at any time, it really comes alive after sunset, when the backlights are illuminated. Click any name/face below for biographical data, photos, links and more.
